Employee of the Month

We would like to congratulate Manuel “Manny” Medrano, Maintenance Technician at Heritage Park Apartments, for December’s Employee of the Month. Manny began his career at Heritage Park in 2009.

Manuel has helped in reducing the number of days for our turnovers. Instead of replacing the entire floor, Manuel took the initiative and fixed the small areas himself, saving money and time. He is also assisting us with our in-house extermination process, which helps speed up the turnaround time. Heritage Park has been without a Maintenance Supervisor since August, but Manny took the lead and has been guiding the Maintenance Team and supervising projects. Manuel always comes to work with a smile and is willing to extend a hand when needed. He also provides outstanding customer service to the Heritage Park residents and his teammates. We are so proud of you Manny!
