Mr. Porter received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Maryland in 1981. He has experience in many different fields including real estate, software, telecommunications, sports marketing, computer hardware, and professional sports franchises.
James M. Santos, CMCA ®, AMS ®, PCAM®Director of Property ManagementJames (Jim) Santos has 35 years of experience in Property Management. As Director of Property Management for Dreyfuss, Mr. Santos supervises a staff of professional Regional Managers overseeing residential and commercial properties located in Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia and Pennsylvania.
Over the years, Mr. Santos has accumulated much experience in all aspects of multi-family and commercial real estate. From management and operation to redevelopment and acquisition, he has encountered a variety of scenarios. His strengths include financial analysis, communication, personnel management, contract negotiations, project management, mechanical systems, internal auditing and problem-solving. At the core of Mr. Santos’ philosophy, he believes in providing top-notch customer service, continuous mentoring of his staff and pursuing efficiency in operations. Mr. Santos has managed real estate at the site level, through portfolios and in a regional capacity. He has also accrued construction management and commercial landscape knowledge from regional positions held with organizations in the property management field. Some of his most rewarding experiences have been from the recruitment of staff, providing guidance and support, and observing their accomplishments and success in their positions.

Jackie Wert, CAMAssistant Director of Property ManagementJacqueline (Jackie) Wert was promoted to Assistant Director of Property Management beginning of 2019. Jackie has over 16 years of experience in the Property Management industry and has been with Dreyfuss Management for more than 5 years. After graduating from Property Management University in 2001, Jackie went on to earn a Certified Apartment Manager designation in 2005. She currently manages a portfolio of apartment communities located in Maryland and Pennsylvania, including garden apartments, townhomes and high rises. She is responsible for managing daily operations of the communities and the on-site teams.
Linda Cline, SHRM-CPHuman ResourcesFair Housing OfficerSince 1999, Linda S. Cline has been an integral part of the Dreyfuss team. Over the years, she has been employed in many roles at the company, starting as a part-time Leasing Consultant at one of our Maryland properties. Since that time, she has worked as the Executive Assistant to the Director of Property Management and as the Special Assistant to the Executive Vice President, focusing on Fair Housing and Employee Relations. Today she enjoys her role as Dreyfuss’ Director of Human Resources.
Brandy ClarkMarketing DirectorAs President and Founder of The Douglas Group, Inc., C. Brandy Clark was responsible for the start-up and success of a nationally well-recognized marketing and lease-up corporation for over twenty five (25) years in the multi-family management industry. Primary goals were working with both large and small property management companies, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS) and developers nationwide in trouble shooting the operations of many different corporation’s sales and marketing strategies for multifamily housing (apartments) assets ranging from forty to ninety million dollars, per site, and to identify & implement highly effective programs in both marketing and sales. Her responsibilities have been substantial.
Linda Bozzonettiegional ManagerLinda Ford Bozzonetti joined Dreyfuss in May 2012 as a Regional Manager. A native Marylander, Linda has more than 25 years of experience in property management and affiliated industries. She began her career as a Bookkeeper/Leasing Consultant in North Bethesda and worked her way up to Senior Property Manager overseeing two Class A properties.
Robert R. Harrison IVRegional ManagerRobert Harrison has been involved in the leasing, and management of real estate assets since 1990. He started as a Property Manager for Harrison and Bates Inc., served as Principle of Harrison & Associates Inc., worked as a Commercial Property Manager for S.L. Nusbaum Realty Company, served as a Senior Property Manager for GVA Advantis, Divaris Property Management Company and Regional Manager for Dreyfuss Management. Robert's experience covers all aspects of commercial real estate.
He has managed and leased retail properties from strip centers to malls. He has been involved in the management and leasing of office buildings both in the suburbs and downtown. This broad base of real estate experience, leadership, employee and client orientation combine to make Robert well suited to add value to a strong organization poised for growth in Property Management.
Edward L. Hyland, CAMAssistant Vice-President, Regional ManagerWith over 24 combined years of Real Estate and Residential Property Management experience, Edward L. Hyland’s career began in Wilmington, NC. After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a BS in Business Management, he began work as a Realtor, GRI, for a large national Real Estate brokerage firm. In 2002, he relocated to Maryland to pursue a career in Residential Property Management and held positions of Senior Leasing Consultant, Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager and currently Regional Property Manager.
Latoya JohnsonAsst. Regional ManagerLatoya Johnson started with Dreyfuss Management in 2014 as a Property Manager managing a three-property portfolio in Washington, D.C. In early 2019, Latoya was promoted to a Senior Property Manager position. This additional leadership experience provided essential preparation for her newly appointed position as an Assistant Regional Manager. Latoya’s management style along with her skills and ability to motivate her peers and team is the driving force behind it all. She is currently overseeing four communities in Northwest D.C.
Latoya started her career in residential property management in 1999 as a leasing agent. She quickly realized that her passion was in sales and marketing. Being promoted to different roles within the management business gave Latoya the understanding and knowledge of the inner workings of property operations. She knows that working from the ground up provided her with a profound appreciation for every area of managing residents’ homes and supervision of personnel. Latoya has learned the formula, for the organization to be successful it is vital for a smooth integration of all functions of the business environment.
She has been happily married for over 10 years and is the mother of three buoyant and delightful children. In her spare time, Latoya enjoys traveling, fishing and cooking.
Lanita MillerAsst. Regional ManagerLanita Miller joined the Dreyfuss Team in August of 2015. Lanita started as a Property Manager at Steward Tower Apartments in Laurel, MD and was then promoted to Senior Property Manager in 2019. In 2020 she was again promoted to Assistant Regional Manager and is now overseeing two properties. Lanita has over 20 years of Property Management experience. Lanita has assisted with the Policy and Procedures Manual for the company and plays an intricate roll during the employee onboarding and training process. Lanita excels in customer service and resident retention.
Meaghan PaciousRegional ManagerAfter receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Communication degree from Arizona State University in 2011, Meaghan C. Pacious joined the Dreyfuss Management team in the accounts payable department. She spent several years in the AP department, working a variety of different roles before assuming a managerial position. Looking to expand her property management credentials, Ms. Pacious began to work and study in regional management. She has recently assumed the role of Regional Manager where her knowledge of our vendors, our tenants, and our company are a significant asset. Today, she manages several properties, encompassing both high rise and mid-rise apartment communities.
